i bought samsung galaxy s5360 which is running gingerbread 2.3.5

I cant root this phone ......

plz any solutions and procedure to root

or downgrade please help guys

Did you try Gingerbreak? It worked for 2.3.4 at least. Search for SuperOneClick.

Not sure. I guess only way is to make sure you have a back-up rom which you can flash before you try this one.
