probs with mobile network

hey everyone!

at first a general declaration. I'm using now already past 2.5 years android smartphones. my first smartphone was samsung galaxy spica. on my spica i've got Cyanogen Froyo and it works very well and without problems with the same sim-card.

Now to my problem with my new galaxy ace. I've also run cyanogen mod, specifically the 2.3.7. version previously there was originally installed 2.3.3. by Samsung.

it seems to be a problem with the access to get my mobile network operator (Claro Guatemala). i'am starting the ace, entering my PIN. everything works as it should, sms, incoming and outgoing calls and G3, etc. after the first call, witch works, the phone is telling mi that the mobilenetwork is not available and onley sms is working and that very slow. for me it's a very strange problem, It never happened and I was lookng in various forums and found no answer, not at android -hilfe.de, not at xda-developers and not at samdroid.net. so i'am asking here, maybe you have got an idea?

I have also faced same problem since 1st day of buying. When i complaint to the customer care then they also didn't gave me proper solution. So i decided to change the phone.
