    Default Some help please!

Hi, sorry for my bad english, I'll try to explain my question.

I downloaded the official firmware of my operator from http://www.sammobile.com:

    I9100UHKI6 ## 2012 January I9100ZVVKJ1 Brazil (VIVO)

Is a .zip file, it contains two files:

    -SS_DL.dll
    -I9100UHKI6_I9100VIKJ1_I9100ZVVKJ1_HOME.tar.md5

I think this .md5 is wrong, so should I delete the .md5 and leave the extension .tar?
And this .tar, In Odin's where I'll upload the. Tar?

    Thanks

don't rename anything. download odin and .ops file for your phone from somewhere. tick one package, put ops file to ops place and .tar.md5 file to one package place. click start.

    Hello!

Sorry I'm pretty late to this thread, but you need the new Odin(Odin3) for the i9100.
ROMs to flash in Odin3 are usually a PDA, a PHONE and a CSC file. They all end with .tar.md5, or .tar.
The file to put into Odin3 is a .tar.md5 file. I think it goes into PDA or CSC, but please check somewhere else where to put it.
Don't check "Repartition" unless you're using a PIT file. If "Repartition" is checked but there's nothing in the PIT slot, you will brick your phone. Finally, don't ever touch the "Phone EFS Clear" or "Phone Bootloader Update" boxes.

    Odin3:
