Ok there are too many discussions goin on..can you tell me if these are the steps:
1. Format /system
2. Mount /system
3. Install main build
4. Wipe data/cache (factory reset)
5. Install google apps and restart phone
6. Connect to network, set your google account, open market and wait for it to update itself to version 3.5.16+
7. Turn off the phone and enter recovery mode
8. Install update
Anything else to go with it?
And the latest build is 714..So When do i install that?
On my spica actually it is already working nicely despite the fact that the ram is not enough, I try to use a fast sd card with a swap on it to help the ram. Until now I can say I have better results with voip softwares and Skype. On wifi it works like a charm, pretty much faster than before. I m not sure if these are the good result of "supercharge"ing the phone but in the end I like the new ICS on my spica and wait for the development news about it. I installed it after getting sick of not being able to use apps2sd because of OS restrictions I decided to upgrade to the CM9 "unofficial" release which in the end works quite good.
Not enough ram....the first problem might be this!
My Spica's earpiece and microphone got muted.....if speaker's on, the microphone works, if headset is connected, all act ok...what to do (Eclair 2.1)
