It conatins a bunch of APN settings for a lot of countries, so the phone can set them automatically. I guess the original only has the US ones (or which are in the AOSP)

    well i have a new problem .

as someone said to change the apn-list in the system/etc folder to make data connection working I chaged it and than added the whole folder to *.zip (the *.zip has the same name as the last update from criminal) but when I eneter into recovery mode to update with this "new" apn-list the installation process aborts as soon as it starts?

is the problem with using WinRAR to make this *.zip file? If so, which program should I use? Thank you for all the answers

I was also wondering how can i downgrade my spica from ICS to GB? Can I just use my backups of 7.4 rom and apply the in recovery mode??

I simply replaced it in total commander, by overwriting it as I would only copy it. I did it without unpacking the original ROM or anything (TC puts it automatically in temp, then recompresses it etc), and it worked OK.
Here is the pack (sorry, for the plain name, I had about 4-5 zips already on my SD and always flashed the wrong one... But I can assure you, it is what it says it is.
