I think it's because you don't have any google apps. These include the contact sync.

Yep, gmail doesn't sync, and i don't have contacs, foursquare do FC

maybe you do something wrong while instalation? or maybe you don't install Google Apps?

The second build of CM9 is too big and no enough free space for gapps-zip, try to add/remove apps via adb.

My (old) question was why crash the Phone.apk, when I change lcd density to 120 and I found the answer at link below (If you interested):

I change the Phone.apk and the calls work again with 120 dpi

you wrote a guide to install this post in dev thread ,why is the old version of the rom required?i guess the new update contains every thing necassary and it overwrites the old ones

Why is it that there's a Spare Parts apk in /system/app but not in the app drawer? I've even pulled it out and installed it manually but that still doesn't work...

Is there a spare parts version compatible with ics?
