    Thumbs up

Thanks LeshaK this works great, i can finally use my computer's connection using just a WiFi adapter and no router.

    I did have to run
    Code:
    off-adhoc
    start-adhoc
twice before it started but after that it worked without problems. The first time it gave some errors about eth0 not being found, second time it didn't give this errors.

Now I'm trying to achieve the same but with a secured connection (WEP or WPA) so that my ad-hoc connection is not accessible by other people.

From what i've read on the net, using iwconfig only WEP can be used, to use WPA i should use wpa_supplicant.
I haven't gotten it to work yet, but I'll report back if i manage to get this to work.
If anybody has any info about WEP/WPA I'd like to hear about it.

It's automatically installed in the scripts
    setprop net.eth0.dns1 8.8.8.8
    setprop net.eth0.dns2 8.8.4.4
