Keep some apps running regarding witch button you press

Hi all,

Maybe you noticed that after 1 day/few hours when you open phone application or message manager there is a long delay.
Message manager shows my messages mixed up, contacts pictures are not updated at first opening.

So I ask if someone know a program that will allow apps like phone and messages to stay opened in background for fast switching/opening regarding witch HW button I press.

For example if I am in Phone.apk and I press "Back" button after a while Phone.apk will be closed by system(at least if I will open it again it will show some delay). But if i press "Home" button the application will stay in background. Can I cancel "Back" button action somehow only for Phone.apk or message manager or... ?

you probably can, but it would be rather hard, and without a lot of result.
+ it might be different for each individual application...
