    Default Run script via recovery

Is it possible to add to recovery an option to run a script on sdcard to install some apps?

I need this because, my cooked rom doesnt have home launcher app, keyboard, file explorer (ES), etc. I do this so that these apps will be "upgradable" and can be moved to sd.

or it could serve some other purposes also.

hmmm, no response... i think i'll try modifying the /system/etc/init.d/03firstboot script instead...

    Default

Apps can be updated even if they are in rom, they are just installed as user apps and system choses newer version to use.
